There are five partnerships which head the five strands of Swindon’s new 2008 LAA.  These are as follows:-

Economic Development & Enterprise

- This group is chaired by Rikki Hunt, Director of Smart Mobile Solutions UK.  

Children & Young People

– This group is chaired by John Gilbert, Group Director, Children at Swindon Borough Council.  

Safer & Stronger Communities

– This group is chaired by Paul Howlett, Chief Superintendent, Divisional Commander of Wiltshire & Swindon Police.

Healthy Communities & Older People

– This group is chaired by Caroline Fowles, joint Chief Executive of Swindon Primary Care Trust and Swindon Borough Council Group Director of Housing and Social Care.  

Environmental Sustainability

- This group is chaired by Celia Carrington, Deputy Chief Executive & Group Director for Environment and Regeneration, Swindon Borough Council.
